A Message from Brie
Thrive Coaching is a program I wish I had around when I started my fitness journey 20 years ago. Unfortunately, most training advice to women back then was to eat as little as possible, lift nothing heavier than 10 pounds, and do hours of cardio. I could have avoided years of restrictive eating, binging, and excessive exercise with a program like this.
Exercise and eating do not have to be a painful experience for women, and it is my mission to prove that with Thrive. There are flexible, scalable, more enjoyable ways to get stronger, eat better, and feel your best in your body.
